This is a property close to Williams, but if you are neither a distance runner nor an alum, you may have heard tell if it, but probably have never been there.


This picture does not show the property’s most defining feature — which is what? — but shows the beauty of the surrounding landscape. According to Sheafe Satterthwaite, when Williams was considering co-education, it considered starting a women’s college on the property, but decided it would be too expensive. It would certainly have been a beautiful location.
