This is dated, but how is the Lyceum working out?

The Lyceum dinner program gives you the opportunity to take a professor or staff member to a free, three-course meal at the Faculty Club.

Seems like a fine idea. Details below.

Dear Students,

Want to get to know a professor or staff member better? Invite them to the second Lyceum dinner of the year on Tuesday, October 24, at 6:45pm.

The Lyceum dinner program gives you the opportunity to take a professor or staff member to a free, three-course meal at the Faculty Club.

Groups of two or three students may invite any one member of the faculty or staff to the dinner. As spaces go quickly, please check
http://lyceum.williams.edu to see if spaces remain before inviting your guest.

To register, send an email to WilliamsLyceum@gmail.com containing:

1) the name of the invited person;
2) the names, Williams ID numbers, and e-mail addresses of the inviting students (students in the Class of 2007 must provide Social Security numbers);
3) entre choices for all members of the group (including guest).

The entre choices for this dinner are:

1) Steak seasoned with garlic and rosemary
2) Broiled swordfish with creole sauce
3) Pierogies provencal (vegetarian)

All information, including meal choice, must be received in order to complete registration.

The deadline for registration is noon on Thursday, October 19. Preference is given to groups containing first time attendees.

Sincerely,
