Williams’s Women’s Soccer team has had another great season, with one more game left next Saturday against Middlebury, covered by D3Cast. The tie was against Amherst, who is ranked second in New England.

The first on campus job I got was to act as commentator for them, and it has been very rewarding to see every home game of this group for two years. Each has a particular set of strengths, and watching Michelyne Pinard utilize those strengths is always interesting.

The result can be seen here.

Also, Sabrina Oei ’97 and Neal McLaughlin ’81 qualified for Triathlon World Championships, and football won 14-7.

EDIT @ 4 PM, Sunday: I’m told the women were not happy with their performance against Amherst. Don’t make the assumption that the going is or has been smooth sailing.
