Back in the day, certain types of wine had certain style labels – shape, color, typography. You knew the information on the label was pretty representative of what was going to be inside. OK. You also knew this by price. Cribari was pretty much a given.

But now! It’s puns and jokes and humorous illustrations. Is it my imagination or do the wines that are being produced in the most quantity for that low ball price at GrocOut (this may be a local reference for the Grocery Outlet) or even Trader Joe’s have the most graphically captivating labels? What is your experience?
