Poisoned Waters

Former trustee Hedrick Smith ’55’s latest Frontline segment, Poisoned Waters, addresses the threats to America’s water supply.  Nicholas Kristof cites the piece as inspiration for a recent NYTimes column focused on similar issues.    For more of Hedrick’s productions, click here.

Thank you for making this post. Sorry I didn’t post about Rick’s documentary when it first came out. As I have heard so many people say, one thing that is eye-opening is his profiling problems/efforts on both coasts. Most of us who have been fighting the (losing) battle for the Bay had never focussed on how much our region shared problems with other regions, and vice versa. We hope to make good things from the broader view. Act regionally but think nationally (globally, too, of course).
